Healthy Dads

What's the point of staying healthy?

Yes, of course it's a rhetorical question, but if you examine the way many of us live our lives you have to stop and wonder.  Are we really that clueless?  Do we really want to stick around to see our kids graduate from high school, college, get married, bring us those precious grand kids who look just like us?  Really?  If we really mean it this time, why are we still following the same diets that could kill us? Why are we not exercising regularly like the doctor recommended three years ago?  Why are we still getting stressed out over trivial stuff that fades away like nanomites in the wind?  Yeah, yeah we know global warming is coming after us anyway, but we haven't quite figured out how to control that.  We can however control primary aspects of  healthy habits.  Are you a serious health and wellness practitioner? One of the main things we need to do for ourselves is make sure we have a healthy daily allowance of  fiber in our diet.
